The fall came as EBITDA fell 36.4% to €13.6m and consolidated revenue amounted to €308.7m, down 7.2%.

The falls in Centrosolar's results came following the slump in market prices in the first half of 2009, the closure of the production plant in Doesburg and the discontinuation of the cell manufacturing joint venture with Qimonda.

2010 outlook

For 2010, Centrosolar expects revenue growth of 10-20% to €340-370m and a doubling of EBIT to €12-14m.
