"China and India will play central roles in the world's energy future," Secretary Chu says. "By working together we can promote clean energy technologies, helping meet our energy and climate challenges while creating jobs here at home."

Energy Secretary Chu was in New Delhi, India 12-14 November, before continuing onto Beijing, China. Energy Secretary Chu will spend the remainder of his trip promoting clean energy in Beijing before returning to the United States on 18 November.
