Trojan Battery Company and HOMER Energy to host an educational webinar on 2 September

Interactive programme will address issues of partial state of charge when designing and managing microgrids.

The webinar, titled "Managing PSOC in Microgrids Using Smart CarbonT," will delve into the topic of partial state of charge (PSOC), a critical issue in the design and management of microgrids.

HOMER Energy joins market partner Trojan Battery for an educational presentation, followed by a live Q&A session on ways microgrid integrators and operators can develop top-performing systems using HOMER simulations and Trojan Industrial batteries with Smart CarbonT technology.

The online event, scheduled  to take place Tuesday, Sept. 2 @ 12 p.m. EDT, will include a live demo on how HOMER users can optimize microgrid designs using HOMER and Trojan Industrial batteries, specifically designed to address the impact of PSOC on cycling batteries in solar microgrid applications.
