TÜV NORD is a global provider of technical services in the fields of certification, inspection and site assessment, while OutSmart is a specialist in managing and inspecting existing wind farms on land and at sea and offers its services on project management for wind power projects. The collaboration will create a major specialized provider of technical and management services in the field of wind energy, the companies say.
