Logan Energy to power All-Energy stand with fuel cell

Logan Energy Ltd, the Edinburgh-based fuel cell and hydrogen solutions provider, will be providing the electricity to power the Scottish Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association stand (B41) at this year’s All Energy Show.

The hydrogen fuelled 5 kW polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cell will be located in the Logan Energy exhibition trailer, at the show entrance.

This will give visitors the opportunity to view the fuel cell, along with updates of the company’s large scale combined heat and power (CHP) and combined cooling, heat and power (CCHP) fuel cell installations across the UK and in Europe.

All-Energy 2012 is the UK’s largest renewable energy event, and is taking place 23–24 May in Aberdeen.

Logan Energy Ltd is a market leader in integrating fuel cell powered systems. The company has more than 170 systems installed, and is currently responsible for over 18 MW of output.

‘Logan Energy is delighted to be part of the UK’s largest renewable event,’ says John Lidderdale, Managing Director of Logan Energy Ltd. ‘Fuel Cell technology is increasingly becoming recognised as the most efficient combined heat and power scheme, and a cost effective, green solution to many businesses' needs.’

The Scottish Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association promotes and develops Scottish expertise in fuel cells and hydrogen technologies.
