The agreement fulfils ordinances to provide a 51% Renewables Portfolio Standard for the City of San Francisco’s CCA service by 2017, while maintaining competitive utility bills.

Local Power will prepare the RFP after completing a cost model, deployment schedule, and documentation of potential renewable energy development sites.
