TSMC leads solar CIGS model efficiency ranking

TSMC' TS-150 CIGS solar photovoltaic (PV) module leads Solarplaza's most recent top 10 ranking for solar PV modules with an efficiency of 13.8%.

TSMC is followed by Miasole's MS140GG and Q-Cells' Q Smart UF 95 solar PV modules with efficiencies of 13.1% and 12.7% respectively.
