Phoenix Solar builds 5.8 MWp PV power plant in Germany

Phoenix Solar is building a 5.8 MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant on behalf of utility Enovos Group in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.

Construction of the solar PV power plant has already started, and commissioning is expected for the end of July 2009. The annual output is estimated to be 5.8 GWh, Phoenix Solar says.

Phoenix Solar is responsible for planning and construction of what is Enovos’ first solar PV power plant, whereas project development has been carried out by Bürgerservice Trier.
