The Top Brand PV seal has been developed by EuPD Research as a way of evaluating the brand management strategies of solar module and inverter manufacturers.

Sanyo stood out, from a solar installer perspective, particularly with respect to the further recommendation of the brand and the positive evaluation of the brand, EuPD Research says.

So far, 10 out of 250 solar module brands can be proven to differentiate themselves sufficiently from the competition, according to the analyst.
