The wind turbine test site in Lelystad provides infrastructure, wind measurements and wind turbine measurements required for turbine certification.

It is in the grounds of Wageningen University and is operated by Ecofys Wind Turbine Testing Services (WTTS).

The site can service 12 turbines with tip heights up to 200 m and a combined installed capacity of up to 30 MW. The accredited measurement services are provided by Ecofys in collaboration with windtest grevenbroich GmbH.

Test Site Lelystad is already fully booked for the coming 7 years.
