All shares in Conergy's Swiss subsidiary Conergy (Schweiz) GmbH will be passed to Capital Stage. The solar thermal technology company will change name to Helvetic Solar GmbH.

Subject to fulfilling certain criteria, completion is expected in February 2011 at the latest.
