Conergy builds 1.48 MW solar PV plant in Czech Republic

Conergy has begun construction of their second Czech solar park, a 1.48 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant near Velký Týnec in the Czech Republic.

The solar PV park is being constructed on a brown field area, where 1640 Conergy 225 PM solar PV modules and 2894 Conergy 230 PM solar PV modules are installed over an area of 33,250 m2.

Five Conergy IPG 300 power inverters will feed the electricity into the public network.

"The new solar park is already the second Conergy project in the Czech Republic within two months. With our new large-scale project, we are building on our success in this important growth region," says Conergy Czech Republic Director Ales Spacil. In May, Conergy began construction of a 1.1 MW solar PV park near Prague.
