Turkish wind consultancy joins Natural Power

The Turkish wind consultant re-consult is joining Natural Power following four years of cooperation under a framework agreement.

Natural Power and re-consult form a group of over 220 resource engineers, development specialists, construction engineers, marine managers, GIS experts, and asset managers based across 12 offices worldwide.

It follows an earlier announcement this year that SeaRoc, offshore renewable experts, also joined the Natural Power group.

The Natural Power group is a wind, wave and tidal service provider in the areas of due diligence, engineering, development, construction, operations and health & safety both onshore and offshore.

Stuart Hall, Managing Director of Natural Power, says: “We are delighted to welcome re-consult to the family having already provided joint services to many GW of wind projects in Turkey for a wide range of clients over the past four years following our initial partnership.

“This arrangement is the natural next step to provide Turkey and other areas in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia with the experience of over 220 renewable energy experts through a local office with key technical staff.”

Christian Johannes, General Manager of re-consult, adds: “We are proud to be the leading wind consultancy in Turkey providing high quality, high value services in the area. The Natural Power group enables us to deliver more to our customers including bespoke products and tools in addition to new lifecycle services which are required in our market. We will now be able to offer active consultancy covering the entire life-cycle of a wind farm project from start to finish.”
