Enerqos to construct 5 MWp solar PV farm

Enerqos SPA and HFV, a solar power investment company, have signed an agreement for the construction of a 5 MWp AutorizzazioneUnica solar photovoltaic (PV) power station in Soleto in Lecce, Italy.

The solar PV farm will investment of about $15 million, and is expected to be connected to the grid by the end of 2010.

Enerqos will be in charge of all construction work and operations & maintenance (O&M) activities.

Once connected, the solar PV installation is expected to produce 7 GWh annually.
